Clearwater Creek is located in western Olathe, Kansas, amid rolling terrain, one mile west of Highway K-7 on Dennis Avenue. Olathe Lake Park and Golf is five minutes away. Abutting the subdivision to the east is Oregon Trail Junior High grades 7-9. Oregon Trail Pool, one of three city pools, sits next to the school.
