Glade Springs Village - Cooper Communities

 

Overview

In the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, Glade Springs Village will really get your blood pumping. At 2,400 feet above sea level, Glade Springs is our highest community, and its location is substantially farther north than any of our other villages. It all adds up to a great place for snowskiing, and there are several resorts nearby, Winterplace is closest, less than 10 miles away.The 18-hole Stonehaven Golf Course provides no-greens-fees membership for Glade Springs Village property owners. The beautiful course meanders all through the Village, making for some outstanding golf front and golf view homesites. Stonehaven is the 25th course being built by Ault, Clark & Associates for Cooper Land Development. With all the experience and talent in this course, it is proving to be one of the best in the region, providing challenge for all skill levels, and a dramatic showcase for the beautiful West Virginia landscape.
