Overview

Crown Realty & Development is developing a posh new InterContinental resort and spa with an exciting opportunity to purchase private luxury homes at a prime Paradise Valley location near the base of Camelback Mountain. Four swimming pools are located within the resort. With one pool located within the Villa neighborhood for exclusive owner use.
The gorgeous 31,000-square-foot spa and fitness center at Montelucia, created by renowned spa impresario Sylvia Sepielli, will offer a full service salon and state-of-the-art fitness studio, in addition to 23 treatment rooms, juice bar, and a roof top pool. Membership privileges include access to the full service salon and fitness center, discounts on all spa services, priority spa reservations, two complimentary individual massages per year, and 12 spa guest day passes per year.
