Overview

River Rim Ranch, nestled between the pristine Teton River and dramatic Grand Teton Mountain Range, stretches across 5,400 acres of predominately-preserved ranch and agricultural land. The private, gated community seamlessly accommodates five neighborhoods – from traditional western-style cabins to authentic 15-acre ranches. The low densities will maintain 60% of the acreage as untouched open space, and adopting his least disturbance approach, a Greg Norman Signature golf course will incorporate the natural features of River Rim Ranch in its design.
