Overview

At Easton Village in the Chesapeake Bay’s tranquil Eastern Shore area, tree-lined lanes, shady neighborhood parks and evocative neo-traditional architecture will re-create the best aspects of old-fashioned small-town American life. Outdoor Activities Thanks to generally mild winters along the mid-Atlantic seaboard, the Chesapeake Bay region is a great place for sailing, kayaking, bird watching and other forms of outdoor recreation throughout the year. Easton Village residents will have direct access to a network of walking and biking trails, and to water sports on the river and the Chesapeake Bay beyond.

Golf Maryland’s Eastern Shore is home to a number of well-regarded championship courses, including the Easton Club, the affordable but engaging Hog Neck municipal course, and the challenging Hunters Oak Golf Club in nearby Queenstown.

Water/ Marina/ Boating Private boat slips and a kayak launching area will be available at Easton Village’s community marina.

Fishing The Easton area is a convenient starting point for Chesapeake Bay sport fishing charters. Favorite catches include rockfish, flounder, sea trout and croaker.

Clubhouse Clubhouse will include a large gathering room, meeting room, a fitness center, swimming pool and locker rooms.
