Overview

Madison Lakes is a 1,000-acre planned community of rolling hills, open spaces and 60 acres of lakes and streams. The master plan includes four miles of walking trails, parks, equestrian, fitness, tennis, pools, and multiple recreation centers.


The Long Shadow Golf Club features a new 18-hole course.

At the heart of the property is Long Shadow Golf Club, a newly completed 18-hole championship course. Already praised by local and national golf media, the course will be complemented by a proposed executive-style course for beginners and casual golfers.

AMENITIES

Community Center Another important focal point is the Madison Lakes Community Center. Warm Georgia afternoons bring members out to its Junior Olympic pool, adult Jacuzzi or kids’ pool. The pool complex also includes a large entertaining and socializing area.

Outside is a tot lot, climbing wall, swings, slides and two regulation tennis courts. Gathering at the center also means relaxing in the large lounge area with use of its full-size community kitchen.

Fitness Center The community center is also headquarters for fitness sessions on an array of treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes and the multi-station gym. Separate shower rooms accommodate males and female residents.

Madison Lakes is an eco-friendly community allowing travel on golf carts virtually anywhere within its gates. Separate cart lanes ensure safe and comfortable travel.
