Our friendly staff is here to help make life at Grand Place more comfortable and convenient. Grand Place is a community with heart--where neighbors become friends. We've got some lovely amenities that make our community that much more special: a clubhouse with a community kitchen, a swimming pool, basketball courts, a playground, and a picnic area that's great for barbeques. There's also nearby shopping, as well as bus transportation to our terrific local schools.

Grand Place is in the city of Grand Prairie, which has a friendly, small-town, and progressive feel, and yet it's ideally located between Dallas and Fort Worth. Grand Prairie offers relaxation, family fun, friendly neighbors and a smart place to live and do business. Grand Prairie is right in the center of the action of the Metroplex, with Lonestar Park, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, the Ballpark in Arlington, Texas Stadium, Next Stage, and DWF Airport all in close range.
