Cheron Village is a clean and quiet all-ages community located in Davie, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. Cheron offers large home sites in a cozy small-town community. We’ve got terrific amenities for our residents, including a private lake, swimming pool and children’s wading pool, and a basketball court. RV and boat storage are also available. Residents at Cheron Village enjoy a peaceful, friendly community with the convenience of Fort Lauderdale nearby.
