Overview

Located in a country setting, Timber Heights is a beautiful well-maintained community, with all of the amenities of the city nearby. Our community has all multi-section homes with sites that will accommodate garages, enclosed sunrooms and carports, and covered porches and decks. We offer many fantastic amenities for you and your family to enjoy. For outdoor fun, we have a children's play area, a full-size basketball court, and a wooded nature trail. Residents stay fit by working out at our exercise center. Our clubhouse with banquet facilities is available for residents to reserve for large parties. Timber Heights is a friendly, fun community. Davison is a small-town community with plenty of family functions and community events. The parks and recreations facilities, which offer horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, boating and nature trails, are located within five miles of the Timber Heights, and schools are within a mile. The City of Davison offers a variety of shops, from antique stores to general shopping. The surrounding area, Genesee County, offers parks and recreation, cultural events, and diverse shopping and dining experiences.
