Overview
Sitting on a natural 50' bluff above the Blakeley River and looking west over the Mobile Delta, The Blakeley at Cypress Point is 10 minutes from downtown Mobile, Alabama. The 96-acre site - with only 13% of the land used for community buildings - includes nature trails and 160 docks along 3,000 feet of waterfront.
Cypress Point showcases native flora in an ecologically sensitive landscape; this blends the boundaries between residential areas and the surrounding forest. The Blakeley's six-story architecture dominates the bluff with timber, steel, and fieldstone construction, large glass expanses, and outdoor decks and patios.
The 98-residence building positions a variety of floor plans around central courtyards and elevators from underground parking. Residents enjoy resort amenities such as the marina with its 160 slips, tennis courts, waterfront dining, an equestrian center, water activities, fishing, jogging trails, concierge service, a fitness center with heated pool and hot tub, and an elaborate playground.
