Overview

The 16,000 -acre Tellico Lake and distant Smoky Mountains provide a stunning backdrop for this planned community near Knoxville, Tennessee. Tellico Village was master-planned to take maximum advantage of the water. The community includes some 40 miles of shoreline and no point in the Village is more than a mile from the water.

Restaurants/Food Service Three clubhouses and a yacht club are the gathering places for dining, bridge games and impromptu get-togethers. Arrive by water or land to a yacht club that commands a sweeping view of the lake and mountains. Each clubhouse includes a well provisioned golf pro shop.

The newest course features a links design and an unusual design characteristic: an 850 yard par six that is believe to be the country’s longest golf hole.

Tennis Tennis may be played on six courts (four lighted) in two locations. The Village's tennis club sponsors matches, tournaments and other social events.

Water/ Marina/ Boating The community is built along 16,000-acre Tellico Lake, which is part of a navigable waterway system that stretches to the Gulf of Mexico.

Scenic Views The Tellico Lake and Smoky Mountains offer plenty of visual stimulation. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 50 miles away.

Nearby Attractions The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are within 50 miles of the Village. Shopping, theaters, the University of Tennessee and other urban amenities are about 30 miles away in Knoxville.
