Sun City Roseville is centrally located between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, just north of Sacramento at the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, with easy access to the Sacramento Airport and Interstates 80 and 65. The city of Roseville is located in South Placer County and the homes are served by Roseville Utilities and Roseville Telephone Company. Roseville is in close proximity to several local and regional hospitals and health maintenance organizations within the greater Sacramento area, including Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Kaiser-Permanente, also in Roseville.
